2020 has certainly been a unique year for everyone across the globe. COVID changed how we all live, work and play. As a business, we were faced with various challenges from having to setup remote operations and implementing skeleton crews to reworking how we manage our showroom all while doing everything we possibly could to maintain a high level of customer service.

An unexpected result of the pandemic was a massive surge in demand due to an increased interest in the great outdoors. While seasonal surges are normal for the paddlesports industry, this was unlike anything we have ever experienced thus product availability became an issue. Put simply, everything we had in stock for the entire Spring/Summer season was sold out within a matter of weeks and our suppliers simply couldn't keep up with the demand. Since then, we have implemented new processes and procedures to make sure this does not happen again and are currently filling our warehouse and showroom back up with products for the rest of the year and well into 2021.

Despite all this, we continue to maintain a high standard of safety for our customers, partners and employees. 

How We Are Addressing COVID-19

Daily operations of our showroom are now fully open but we are doing what we can to maintain social distancing and do require that our customers wear masks.

Please note: all orders placed from our website may be delayed but will be shipped out in the order they are received as soon as possible. Delays may vary and be subject to change based on government orders and 3rd party shipping company policies.

    As previously stated our showroom, online and curbside customer service team will continue to operate as normal.
