Now, more than ever, our lineup has something for everyone, whether this is your first time exploring the idea of kayaking to models designed for the most serious of anglers - our warehouse and showroom are well stocked and ready for immediate delivery once the dust settles on the current situation.

How We Are Addressing COVID-19

Due to the COVID-19 situation across the United States, daily operations of our showroom will be closed through April 9th as part of a city-wide order by Asheville, North Carolina. 

The good news is that our eCommerce store will continue to remain open 24/7 for your convenience. However, beginning March 26th, 2020, all orders placed through our website, will have an expected begin ship date of April 9th in the order they are received. Please note that this date may be subject to change based on government orders. In addition, the majority of our staff will still be operating during normal business hours of 9am - 5pm EDT remotely to support our online customers.

The health of our customers and staff is of most importance to us and at this time, we have:

  • Closed our showroom through April 9th as recommended by the City of Asheville
  • Have cancelled all seminars, demos and other events until further notice
  • Limited essential work crew and are taking necessary safety precautions

As previously stated our online customer service team will continue to operate as normal. However, we are expecting some delays in response times and ask that if you have questions about an order, warranty submissions and any other inquiry for any one of our products, you email us directly at info@waterwaysusa.com with as much detail as possible.
