COVID changed how we all live, work and play. As a business, we were faced with various challenges from having to setup remote operations and implementing skeleton crews while doing everything we possibly could to maintain a high level of customer service. An unexpected result of the pandemic was a massive surge in demand due to an increased interest in the great outdoors. While seasonal surges are normal for the paddlesports industry, this was unlike anything we have ever experienced thus product availability became an issue. Put simply, everything we had in stock at the time was sold out within a matter of weeks and our factories simply couldn't keep up with the demand. Thank you for your patience during that time.

The good news, we are better ready to serve you today more than ever!

Since then, we have implemented new processes and procedures along with investing in additional equipment and manpower to make sure this does not happen again. Our warehouse has been consistently getting replenished so that our showroom can stay fully stocked.

Daily operations of our showroom remains slightly altered but is operating as normal as possible while we do our best to maintain necessary safety precautions in our showroom and warehouse. 

We are still experiencing some delays in shipping due to 3rd party entities unable to keep up with the continued spike in demand for goods being purchased online. Unfortunately this is out of our control but we continue to find ways to minimize any delays but are seeing improvements daily.
