For any warranty requests, please contact the manufacturer for your product directly and they will be able to assist you. For all Feelfree US, LLC brands, which includes Feelfree Kayaks, 3 Waters Kayaks, Seastream Kayaks, Jonny Boats, Feelfree Gear and Nav8, click here to download a warranty claim form. For all other brands please contact their warranty departments.

If the item was purchased in our store or online and you need a bill of sale, email us at info@waterwaysusa.com. 

Returns & Exchanges
All boat sales are final. Manufacturer defects are the only exception and warranty claims will be processed through the respective manufacturer. See above for details. Gift Cards and batteries are also non-refundable. 

All other products are eligible for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase with the following:

  • Proof of purchase (receipt)
  • All original tags and packaging remain intact
  • Item is in perfect, sellable condition, free of blemishes or other damages

Past 30 days, if the above requirements are met, refunds will be store credit only. If you have questions, email us at info@waterwaysusa.com.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. If the item was purchased in-store, simply return to our location in Asheville, North Carolina. For items purchased online, please see "Shipping" below:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days. If you don't receive a refund within 15 days after we notify you, please contact us at info@waterwaysusa.com.


If you wish to return an item in exchange for another, please contact us prior to returning the item at info@waterwaysusa.com.
