The Feelfree Wheel in the Keel is made to last but if you happen need a new one, we offer replacement kits. The kit includes a replacement wheel, axle and mounting hardware.
I want to give a 5 star, but unfortunately I did have a bit of an issue. This part was extremely difficult to purchase, which is not my issue because of everything going on in todays world. My issue was with the fact that you would not ship to California. I have been trying to purchase this part since November of 2021, which I can only get from you. I finally got the chance to get the part in my "cart" only to be told you could not ship the part to me. I ended up having the part shipped to a relative in Georgia and had them forward it on to me in California. Other than that everything went GREAT.
